Payment Method

For any monthly Individual Paid Service subscription fee, a refund will be processed if the request is received within two days of the date of the payment. For any annual Individual Paid Service subscription fee, a refund will be processed if the request is received within sixty days of the date of the payment. Once a payment is past these time frames, no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions.
Refunds for payments made through third-party app stores such as iTunes may not be possible to process. Refund requests can be made by submitting a support ticket. Before doing so, please check the refund policy to make sure that the refund request meets the necessary requirements.
Please note that the issuance of a refund or credit in one instance does not obligate the issuance of the same refund or credit in the future. The right to issue refunds or credits is reserved at the sole discretion in certain situations.
